Cheesy Potatoes

2 lbs frozen has browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Yum.
